Your one mission: fill the calendar with qualified sales calls, every single day. You also need to be good at closing deals, so you can be promoted to closer later.

You'll do that by working the warmest pipeline most salespeople never get access to: 1,000 existing clients who already trust us, plus their networks. No cold outreach. No begging strangers. Just high-conversion conversations with people who are already bought in.

We run a high-ticket coaching and mentorship program in the US real estate new development market, helping Americans build 6–7 figure incomes as real estate developers. We're scaling fast, our clients get results, and demand for what we sell is only growing.

What you'll own

  • Book upsell sales calls from existing clients. You'll connect with our 1,000 active clients through support and check-in calls, qualify who's ready for a higher-tier program, and get them booked on the sales calendar. Every call is a chance to spot an opportunity.
  • Generate referrals and book calls from them. You'll run structured referral calls with current clients — following a proven script — and extract 10+ referrals per call. Then you immediately work those referrals: SMS, phone calls, follow-ups, and qualification until a sales call is booked.
  • Own the full SDR cycle on every lead. Multi-touch outreach, persistent follow-up, objection handling, qualification — you manage it all until the calendar slot is confirmed.
  • Keep the CRM spotless. Every interaction logged, every pipeline stage updated in real time on GoHighLevel. Your pipeline is your scoreboard and your reputation.

The promotion path

Prove yourself as a setter and you get promoted to Closer — the person who takes those calls and closes the deal. Closers on our team earn 3x the income of top setters. This isn't a vague \"growth opportunity.\" It's a defined Seguinte step with a dramatically higher commission structure, and it happens fast for the right person.

You're the right person if

  • You have 3–5+ years in high-ticket online coaching or info-product sales — setting appointments, qualifying leads, booking calls that close
  • You've worked as an SDR or appointment setter, and you know what a disciplined outreach sequence looks like
  • You're fluent in English — this role is 100% US-market facing
  • You're persistent to the point that \"no\" just means \"not yet\"
  • You build rapport fast and can make a scripted call feel like a real conversation
  • You track your numbers obsessively and treat a half-empty calendar as unacceptable
  • You know GoHighLevel or can get up to speed on it fast
  • You're based in or near Belo Horizonte and can work hybrid

  • You prioritize being liked over getting results
  • You need structure, supervision, or someone to tell you when to follow up
  • You've never worked in high-ticket coaching or online education sales
