We are looking for an experienced Functional Business Consultant (with Infor WMS experience) to support us with WMS Integration and Implementation projects, Audits and Consulting projects.Innovecs is a global digital transformation tech Empresa with a presence in the US, the UK, the EU, Israel, Austrália, and Ukraine. Innovecs is featured in the Global Top 100 Inspiring Workplaces Ranking and won gold at the Employer Brand Management Awards.Requirements:4+ years of experience in functional and business analysis; preferably supporting and/or configuring Warehouse Management Systems (WMS); Hands-on experience with Infor WMS (must); Experience in Supply Chain, Warehousing, Logistics, or 3PL operations (must); Understanding of warehouse processes including receiving, putaway, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory management; Experience onboarding customers and supporting production environments; Experience performing WMS system configuration and minor functional enhancements; Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills; Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into system configuration changes; Experience creating and maintaining functional documentation and training materials; Ability to communicate effectively with warehouse operators, customer stakeholders, and technical teams; Working knowledge of SQL is a plus; Experience withTransportation Management Systems (TMS) is a strong plus; Understanding of 3PL operational processes and customer implementations is a strong plus; Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and customer-oriented mindset; Ability to workindependently in a fast-paced support environment; Advanced or native English.Responsibilities:Serve as a primary functional support contact for Infor WMS customers; Support onboarding and implementation of new customers onto the WMS platform; Conduct customer discovery sessions to understand operational requirements and warehouse processes; Configure WMS settings and perform minor system adjustments based on approved business requirements; Troubleshoot functional issues, investigate root causes, and coordinate resolution with technical teams when required; Perform gap analysis between customer requirements and existing WMS functionality; Create and maintain configuration documentation, process flows, user guides, and support materials; Assist with testing activities, including system validation, regression testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT); Deliver end-user and operational training for warehouse personnel and customer teams; Support customer go-live activities and provide post-implementation hypercare support; Monitor supporttickets, prioritise customer issues, and ensure timely resolution; Work closely with operations, implementation, and development teams to improve system performance and customer experience; Recommend process improvements and optimisation opportunities within warehouse operations and WMS configuration; Maintain strongunderstanding of Infor WMS best practices and emerging Supply Chain technology trends; Act as a subject matter expert for Infor WMS configuration and warehouse operational workflows.Nice-to-have: Experience with TMS integrations, EDI processes, 3PL multi-customer warehouse environments, and warehouse automation solutions.
