Primary Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and platforms like to generate new business opportunities
• Follow up consistently on inbound and Empresa-provided leads
• Proactively identify and build your own lead lists through research and professional platforms
• Engage prospects, qualify opportunities, and schedule meetings for the sales team
• Clearly communicate our value proCargo within the digital marketing landscape
• Maintain accurate records of outreach and pipeline activity
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handoff of qualified prospects

Qualifications

• • Strong understanding of the digital landscape (high-level knowledge of and other professional platforms)
• • Proven ability to both follow up on leads and independently generate new prospects
• • Bilingual: fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
• • Comfortable making and receiving outbound sales calls
• • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• • Self-motivated, resourceful, and results-driven
• • Reliable computer and consistent internet connection
