About the Role
As a Commercial Manager, you will be at the heart of Keeta's growth in Brasil,responsible for acquiring, onboarding, and developing merchant partners to create a thriving marketplace. You'll own your portfolio end-to-end: from prospecting new partners to negotiating deals, tracking performance, and driving long-term growth.
What You'll Do
• Acquire & Onboard: Prospect, negotiate, and close partnerships with SMBs
• Manage Performance: Own a portfolio of merchant partners, set KPIs (sell-out, conversion, retention), and conduct regular business reviews
• Build Commercial Frameworks: Develop pricing strategies, incentive programs, and go-to-market (GTM) playbooks tailored to each partner segment
• Drive Growth: Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and partner data to identify and execute growth opportunities
• Scale Operations: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, product, marketing) to improve marketplace efficiency and partner profitability
What We're Looking For
Must-Have:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Marketing, or related fields
• Experience in B2B commercial roles: Key Account Management , Business Development
• Proven track record of partner/client acquisition and relationship management (Hunter + Farmer)
• Experience managing performance through KPIs, business reviews, and P&L/ROI analysis
• Strong negotiation skills and comfort with commercial deal-making
• Analytical mindset, ability to turn data into commercial decisions
• Availability to work on-site in São Paulo
Nice-to-Have
• English proficiency
• Entrepreneurial or "builder" mindset, comfort with ambiguity and building from scratch
