Responsável em realizar atendimento ativo via telefone e chat aos estabelecimentos credenciados com a Ticket Log do segmento de manutenção, dando suporte na utilização da nossa plataforma, conforme solicitação dos clientes LOCADORAS. Além disso, é responsável pelas tratativas e retornos com clientes, resolvendo os problemas com a rede. Atividade:
- Contato receptivo (cliente) e ativo (rede) via telefone, chat, e-mail e whatsapp;
- Realizar atendimento identificando a necessidade do cliente e solucionando os seus questionamentos;
- Atuação em protocolos administrativos e análises demandadas pelos clientes;
- Registrar os atendimentos através de sistemas interno;
- Acompanhar e sugerir melhorias de sistemas e processos;
- Ensino Médio Completo (superior em andamento é um diferencial);
- Experiência com atendimento ao cliente;
- Ter resiliência, empatia e pró atividade;
- Gostar de trabalhar em equipe;
- Conhecimento do Pacote Office;
