• Manage the internal process for onboarding and offboarding new partner companies, ensuring compliance with Red Hat policies and standards.
• Lead strategic meetings with partner companies to discuss opportunity roadmaps aligned to objectives and priorities.
• Conduct feedback sessions regarding the performance of assigned professionals, fostering continuous improvement, alignment of expectations, and support for professional development.
• Validate the availability of partner teams to meet operational demands and specific projects, ensuring efficient resource assignment.
• Oversee general matters related to third-party professionals, including performance monitoring, problem resolution, and alignment with internal processes.
• Provide support to third-party professionals in obtaining access to internal systems and corporate email, ensuring seamless integration and efficient performance.
• Manage the partner Task Order and PO process
• Offer guidance and knowledge transfer to the RM LATAM team regarding partner management when necessary, promoting regional alignment and best practices.
• Billing Management for Subcontracted Professionals (Consulting Partners)
