US Immigration Legal Intern

Reports to: Legal Team

Type: Full-Time

Are you a law student or recent graduate (or studying a related discipline) looking to get hands-on experience supporting real U.S. employment-based immigration matters?

Beyond Border is looking for a US Immigration Legal Intern to support our growing practice. In this role, you’ll work closely with our internal legal team, gaining practical exposure to how high-quality petitions are built—from intake and evidence gathering to drafting support and filing readiness.

This is a rare chance to contribute directly to an impactful problem with an experienced, dynamic team.

Who are you?

• Currently pursuing a law degree (JD/LLB) or a related degree (e.g., public policy, international relations, business with legal focus), or a recent graduate seeking practical experience
• Strong written English and attention to detail (you enjoy making documents clearer, tighter, and more persuasive)
• Highly organized with great attention to details —comfortable working with checklists, deadlines, and multiple cases

Our Team

You’ll work directly with seasoned operators who have successfully built multi-million-dollar ventures, including Wework, Glints, MoneySmart, CardUp, and Solifi.
