Role: Technology Commercial Manager
Division: Customer Solutions Growth Regions (Africa, Middle East, Eurasia, Asia (excluding Japão), Latin America)
What You Will Do
- Deliver business plan sales and market share targets for Empresa products within a given industry segment or market.
- Develop sales and marketing plans and manage merchandising plans to achieve business plan targets for Empresa products and services.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through management of product and commercial issues.
- Lead the identification of selling opportunities, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance business relationships.
- Lead the collection of customer requirement feedback with the product group for a designated region.
- Support field teams, dealers, and customers with deep product and services expertise.
- Focus product, services & technology development on solving customer problems at the segment and site level.
- Drive proactive technology adoption and product & services health management using data insights from connected field populations.

- Business Development: Ability to explore and develop potential areas of business growth.
- Value Selling: Ability to provide overall product/service value and differentiate support offerings that address customer needs.
Basic Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree
- Experience: Previous experience in related fields; leadership experience mandatory.
- English Level: Advanced
- Travel: Must be able to travel 50% internationally.
- Work Arrangement: Must work onsite five days a week. Visa sponsorship is not available for this Cargo.
Note: This Cargo requires the candidate to work onsite five days a week.
