Full time, remote, anywhere in Latin America. $2,500 USD per month.
Wavy is a performance creative studio. We make the ads and the emails that sell for Alphalete, Raw Nutrition, Bo+Tee, STNDRD and BudPop.
Not branding. Not decks. Work that gets tested against itself and either wins or dies.
Most of it is paid social. The rest is email and SMS, advertorials and landing pages, product page modules, organic content, and everything that goes out around a launch. All of it at volume.
What you'll make: paid social concepts, hook cards, UGC frames, offer graphics, Klaviyo campaigns and flows, advertorials, landing page sections, product page modules.
If you also cut video, say so. It isn't required and we won't weigh it against you, but it's useful and it'll come up.
The pace
You'll ship dozens of assets a week across two or three accounts. Concepts get killed. Your third version is usually the one that runs. If you need a week alone with an idea, you will hate it here.
What you get that most studios won't give you
The numbers. You'll see how your creative performed, which hook held, what it cost to acquire, which of your concepts is still running six weeks later. Your work comes to me directly, not through three layers of account management.
The terms
$2,500 USD per month. Full time, contractor. Reviewed at six months.
Anywhere in Latin America. The only fixed requirement is that you're online 09:30 to 14:00 PT for briefs and reviews. That's 11:30 to 16:00 in México City, 12:30 to 17:00 in Bogotá and Lima, 14:30 to 19:00 in Buenos Aires and São Paulo. The rest of your day is yours to structure.
What we need to see
Three or more years making creative for DTC ecommerce brands, in-house or agency.
A portfolio with real paid social work in it. Not brand boards, not mockups floating in a hand. Ads that ran.
Strong English, written and spoken. You'll read briefs in English, take feedback on calls in English, and work in Slack all day in English. It doesn't need to be perfect and we don't care about your accent, but it needs to be good enough that nothing gets lost.
