We are looking for ORACLE Cloud , Hybrid in Sao Paulo who wants to learn and transform his career.

In this role you will: (responsibilities)

1. Candidate must have experience in Oracle cloud Support ( P2P)
2. Should be able to explain couple of real life scenarios or challanges they have encountered during support and have fixed
3. what is day in a life of a support analyst
4. Should understand how integration from outside application works into Oracle cloud
5. Must have experience in Month end close process
6. Should be willing to come to office 2 days a week if needed .
7. Advanced English

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Broad experience in cloud implementations & support

Senior resources with hands-to-keyboard capabilities to configure Oracle Cloud (Expense, PO, AP)

Very good understanding of Brasil related localization in Oracle cloud

Able to work independently with customer

Agile way of working

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

Oracle Cloud Financial Modules – Support

Issue resolution and fix

Collaborate and meeting with users to understand the issue

Work with Oracle on Service request

Work with Global Support team located in India and collaborate for smooth issue resolution
