Cargo: OLAC Business Development Manager – Sales

Cargo Reports to: VP – Marketing LATAM

Department: Marketing

Localização: Sao Paulo, Brasil

LifeStyles is seeking for an OLAC Business Development Manager for Sales , based in Brasil, to manage our distributors in the regions and growing our product portfolio, leading the regions through sell in and sell out with the current distributors and further developing new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities:

  • Own and develop the OLAC region by leading market penetration and becoming the face of the Empresa.
  • Manage and have an overview and understanding of each Empresa business at the Distributors in the countries of Argentina, Chile and Columbia.
  • Develop new distributors and develop new markets in Jamaica, Uruguay, Caribe, Peru, Costa Rica, Ecuador and Panama.
  • Cultivate new customer relationships and maintain a strong focus on current customers through effective use of the sales and service organizations to expand the business.
  • Grows Empresa portfolio through high activity levels, networking, training and qualification of the distributors' team.
  • Manage the full cycle of sales - from prospect to onboarding- and aim to close 3-5 deals in your Primeira 6 months.
  • Partner with internal cross-functional team members (supply, marketing, finance, etc.) to situate your accounts for success and drive account growth.
  • Monitor “Sell in” and “Sell out”, preparing demand update and performance indicators of each País, preparing tactical and strategic action plans for the medium and long term.
  • Development of TOP distributor accounts.
  • Achieve regional sales targets.
  • Daily management of campaigns and promotions with all distributors, tracking investments in A&P and marketing programs.
  • Support leadership to conduct regular presentations to Directors and Senior Leaders within the business on regional distribution, ensuring maintenance of daily management and presentation of activities.
  • Design and implement a process to drive improved integration of distribution management with Empresa, when applicable.
  • Be the interface with the Operations functions for order prioritization.
  • Implement and drive processes to ensure improved management and understanding lead times with our Distributors.
  • Conduct research on market trends and support product launches and networking events.
  • Perform regular inventory checks.
  • Support our distributor network with business agreement and penetration for our NPD and launches.
  • Willing to travel to visit markets when necessary.
  • Other related activities.

Cargo Requirements

  • Have experience as Business Development professional, with expertise in developing news countries.
  • Bachelor’s degree – Marketing, Business Administration
  • MBA holder will be a plus.
  • Demonstrated organization skills with a successful record to develop a broad set of relationships, to work collaboratively and to succeed in a dynamic and challenging environment
  • Strong resilience, strong interpersonal skills, networking, communication and presentation skills
  • Analytical skills, planning, prioritizing and realizing (mid to long) term goals and needs
  • Native or Advanced Level language skills in Spanish and English.
  • 20 to 30% of international traveling
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and love cross-functional collaboration.

Salary range for Base Salary: From R$ 22.000,00 to R$ 27.000,00 per month, according to the candidate experience.
