• 2 years of hands-on software engineering experience with React Native
• 2 years of experience developing, deploying, and maintaining customer-facing mobile applications
• Willingness to work in and collaborate with distributed, remote teams
• Scrum – you know what it is and how it works
• Fluent in English, able to explain technical concepts clearly and concisely
• Comfortable learning from and collaborating with more senior engineers

• Builds and maintains features in React Native for iOS and Android
• Implements UI components based on product and design specifications
• Integrates REST APIs and manages client-side state
• Fixes bugs and contributes to improving app quality and performance
• Participates in code reviews and follows established team standards
• Collaborates closely with product managers, designers, and QA partners

• You care about writing clean, readable, and maintainable code
• You are eager to learn and grow as a mobile engineer
• You take ownership of your work and follow through on tasks
• You communicate clearly and ask questions when something is unclear
• You enjoy working on consumer-facing products used at scale
• You are open to feedback and enjoy improving through collaboration
• You thrive in a busy and vibrant environment
• You are eager to learn and not afraid to ask questions or take on new challenges
• You are process-oriented and want to improve how things are built and shipped
• Experience with Expo, Redux, or other state management libraries
