ABOUT THE ROLE

You will manage the acquisition and enablement of new sellers, providing tools, training, and support to maximize seller performance, drive retention, and expand the product catalog.

This role will be based in our office in São Paulo/Faria Lima. We are working 100% on-site.

Responsibilities:

  • New Sellers: Proactively prospect and cultivate relationships with potential sellers, converting prospects into active partners that contribute to category growth.
  • Account Activation: Lead the end-to-end process of new seller accounts and their product listings to ensure compliance with SHEIN's policies and standards.
  • Publishing Guidance: Train new sellers on the SHEIN seller interface and guide them until they publish the minimum required number of product listings (specify number if desired).
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Partner with Hunting Support, Account Management, and Data Analytics to increase new-seller acquisition and onboarding effectiveness.
  • Onboarding & Activation KPIs: Own key onboarding metrics for new sellers (conversion-to-onboard, time-to-onboard, time-to-minimum-catalog) and report progress to stakeholders to drive accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Training & Enablement: Create and maintain comprehensive onboarding materials, host webinars and self‑service resources (step‑by-step guides, recorded videos, FAQs), provide live Q&A sessions, and reduce time-to-Primeira-listing.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E‑Commerce, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in e‑commerce, product management, marketplace operations, or a related field.
  • Experience with CRM and product-management tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) and understanding of e‑commerce platforms.
  • Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities, and a proactive approach to process improvement.
  • Mid-level/advanced English is mandatory; knowledge of Mandarin is a plus.
