Job Overview We are looking for a highly capable and hands-on HR Manager to lead and oversee the Human Resources function for our Brasil operations. This role will be responsible for building structured HR processes, supporting business growth, strengthening organizational culture, and ensuring full compliance with Brasil labor regulations. The ideal candidate should combine strong HR operational expertise with people management capabilities and be comfortable operating in a fast-paced, multicultural, and rapidly scaling environment. This Cargo requires someone who can balance strategic HR initiatives with day-to-day operational execution. This role will work closely with regional leadership, department heads, Finance, Admin, and external vendors to ensure smooth HR operations and a strong employee experience across the organization. Advanced English communication is required for collaboration with international stakeholders and global teams. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee the overall HR operations for the Brasil office Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, SOPs, and internal processes Ensure all HR practices comply with Brasil labor laws and internal Empresa standards Manage the full employee lifecycle including: Recruitment, Onboarding, Probation management, Employee movement, Performance reviews, Offboarding Support Talent Acquisition activities and workforce planning in partnership with business leaders Oversee attendance, leave management, employee records, and HR documentation Coordinate payroll, benefits administration, and HR vendor management together with Finance and external providers Manage employee relations matters and support conflict resolution when necessary Drive performance management and employee engagement initiatives Partner with department heads on organizational development and manpower planning Maintain and optimize Lark/ HRIS systems and employee data accuracy Support Empresa culture building and internal communication initiativesPrepare HR reports, operational updates, and workforce summaries for leadership Support office setup, HR administration, and cross-functional operational coordination when required Continuously identify opportunities to improve HR efficiency, structure, and employee experienceMust Have Strong experience in Human Resources management and HR operations Solid understanding of Brasil labor law, HR compliance, and employee relations Experience managing: HR operations 0 Employee lifecycle management Attendance and leave administration 0 Payroll coordination and HR compliance Performance management processes HR policies, SOPs, and internal governance Talent Acquisition and recruitment operations HRIS and employee data management systems Onboarding and offboarding processes Employee relations and workplace issue handling Compensation and benefits coordination HR reporting and workforce documentation Strong understanding of organizational structure and workforce planning Experience supporting managers and leadership on people-related matters Strong stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and conflict management capabilities Ability to work independently and drive execution with minimal supervision 5 years of managerial-level building or improving HR structures and workflows Professional English communication skills Nice to Have Experience in iGaming Technology companies Internet platforms Startups Multinational environments Experience supporting 0-1 office or organizational setup Experience handling expatriate employees and cross-border HR coordination Familiarity with Brasil payroll vendors, labor processes, and HR outsourcing providers Experience building HR frameworks, policies, and scalable operational structures Experience driving employee engagement and Empresa culture initiatives Experience supporting employer branding and recruitment marketing activities Knowledge of HR analytics and workforce reporting
