Working closely with executive leadership and cross‑functional teams, you will drive scalable growth initiatives, optimize profitability, and shape the future direction of multiple digital platforms serving global audiences. Accountabilities
  • Own the full revenue lifecycle, including acquisition, conversion, monetization, retention, and repeat revenue generation, with direct accountability for business performance and profitability.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive revenue growth strategies across mobile and web channels, optimizing channel mix, budget alLocalização, and scaling opportunities.
  • Lead paid acquisition initiatives across major advertising platforms while continuously improving return on investment and payback performance.
  • Partner with product, engineering, data, and leadership teams to generate, prioritize, and validate growth and monetization initiatives.
  • Design and oversee A/B testing and experimentation programs focused on onboarding, activation, pricing, subscription models, and conversion optimization.
  • Manage and optimize key business metrics including CAC, LTV, ARPU, ARPPU, ROAS, contribution margin, and customer payback periods.
  • Collaborate with payments and risk teams to improve transaction approval rates, payment conversion, and revenue efficiency.
  • Establish and maintain revenue reporting frameworks, dashboards, and performance measurement systems that provide clear visibility across the organization.
  • Lead and mentor growth, marketing, and performance‑focused teams while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Proven experience leading revenue growth, performance marketing, or growth functions within digital consumer products, social platforms, live‑streaming services, subscription businesses, or similar industries.
  • Strong expertise in paid user acquisition across mobile and web ecosystems, including platforms such as Google, Meta, TikTok, and programmatic advertising networks.
  • Deep understanding of unit economics and business performance metrics, with the ability to build, analyze, and optimize financial models.
  • Extensive experience designing and executing experimentation frameworks, conversion optimization strategies, and growth initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, business intelligence tools, cohort analysis, predictive modeling, and performance measurement methodologies.
  • Familiarity with attribution platforms, web analytics, server‑side tracking, deep‑linking solutions, and incrementality testing.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing growth, marketing, media‑buying, or cross‑functional commercial teams.
  • Advanced proficiency with AI‑powered productivity and analytics tools, including large language model platforms.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic decision‑making skills.
  • Professional‑level English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience working with payment systems, payment products, or acquiring ecosystems is considered an advantage.
