We are looking for Full Stack Developer (Drupal / IMHub) who wants to learn and transform his career. Key Responsibilities Build, update, and publish web pages in Drupal using Acquia Site Studio following predefined templates and component libraries. Assemble and manage content strictly within CMS guidelines (no design work), ensuring accurate placement of text, media, and components. Create, configure, and validate tracking tags in Google Tag Manager (GTM) to support GA4 measurement requirements. Perform QA on page builds ensuring compliance with accessibility, brand, and regulatory standards. Collaborate closely with Product Owners, engineering, analytics, and UX teams to deliver high-quality outputs each sprint. Participate actively in all agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, grooming, reviews, and retrospectives. Maintain documentation related to CMS processes, tagging standards, and publishing workflows. Ensure timely publishing based on sprint priorities and SLAs. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in content operations and workflow efficiency. Required Skills & Experience 3+ years of experience as a Full Stack or CMS-focused developer. Minimum 2+ years working with CMS platforms; Drupal experience is highly preferred. Experience with Acquia Site Studio is a strong advantage. Proven hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM): Tag creation, Trigger configuration, Variables setup, Debugging and validation Knowledge of GA4 measurement models and tagging best practices. Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for troubleshooting CMS or component issues. Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and content governance in regulated environments. Experience working in Agile teams, actively participating in ceremonies and backlog refinement. High attention to detail with ability to manage multiple content requests accurately. Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional stakeholders. Fluent English communication skills. Desired Skills Strong leadership and project collaboration abilities. Experience with Agile frameworks such as Scrum and/or Kanban. Knowledge of Agile metrics (velocity, burndown/burnup, CFD, flow metrics, quality metrics). Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and senior leadership. Strong problem-solving mindset with proactive and innovative thinking.
