Team Overview

• The Fintech Finance department oversees the financial management of 99's financial services businesses, covering both interEmpresa operations and direct financial services to end users.
• We are looking for a Finance Manager (individual contributor) to support Fintech Finance, with a primary focus on the 99Pay business.
• This is a generalist role spanning management closings, FP&A, business partnering, and the oversight of funding and investment activities for the business unit.

Role Responsibilities

• Participating in the monthly management closing process for the Fintech business.
• Leading FP&A cycles, including forecast and budget for the business unit.
• Acting as Finance Business Partner for 99Pay, supporting business initiatives with financial analysis that informs strategic and operational decisions.
• Overseeing the funding and investment activities of the business unit.
• Building and maintaining an Asset and Liability Management (ALM) framework for the business unit.

Role Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in finance.
• Experience in fintech, banking, or financial services (required).
• Strong analytical skills and command of financial analysis tools.
• Experience supporting closing processes, forecasting, and budgeting.
• A solid understanding of funding and investment activities.
• The ability to work autonomously as an individual contributor in a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexibility with working hours.
• Fluency in English.
