Team OverviewAs the Inside Sales Team Manager , you will take full ownership of the inside sales business in Brasil, leading the strategic execution, operational management, performance oversight, and team leadership of our food service SaaS inside sales operation.
Leveraging both Empresa-supported resources and proactively generated leads, you will drive large-scale business growth through the development of a standardized inside sales framework and refined operational processes. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting the Empresa’s overall sales objectives by ensuring strong execution, operational efficiency, and sustainable team performance.
