If so, lets talk. **Your Role and Responsibilities** Support and ensure quota and territory deployment are aligned to IBM Strategy and Go to market for all Americas sellers; Execution of commissions payments timely and accurately, engaging stakeholders to remover blockers and solve billing, AR or operational blockers; Strong business advisor on Incentives plans, quota, territory for any seller in sales management chain for Americas Strong relationship and communication as a business advisor with sales leaders Focus on innovation, by simplifying the process and Incentives execution influencing Sellers satisfaction previous IBM experience at a minimum of 2 years or 5 years comparable work experience in multinational Empresa.
