• Plan budgets and activities for account management within the Empresa
• Establish goals and objectives
• Provide feedback and advice to the account management team to meet quotas/objectives
• Conduct performance evaluations using key metrics
• Serve as a point of contact for clients in your portfolio
• Understand client needs and requirements to offer appropriate solutions and generate new business
• Ensure the timely delivery of services and products to clients
• Resolve problems to maintain and strengthen client trust
• Prepare and read reports and communicate overall quarterly/annual progress to senior management and external stakeholders
Key Responsibilities:
• Proven experience as an account director or similar role
• Demonstrable experience in negotiation and meeting client requirements
• Solid understanding of budgeting and progress reporting
• Knowledge of performance evaluation techniques and metrics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for fostering long-term relationships
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or a relevant field
• Experience in the Life Science and Healthcare sector will be a significant asset.
• Communication in English is essential and required
Key Words:
Account management responsibilities and oversee related activities and processes. Your duties will involve both managing client relationships and guiding the service process, budgeting, negotiation and contracts.
Effective with an aptitude for building and maintaining client relationships. Possess excellent planning and leadership skills to coordinate and plan account activities, overseeing and coordinating all account and executive service-related activities.
The goal is to ensure the Empresa's client retention and facilitate its future growth. Responsibilities
