We are looking for Account Director who wants to learn and transform his career.

MandatorySkills:

  • Responsibilities include managing accounts and overseeing related activities and processes. Your tasks will involve both managing client relationships and guiding the service, budgeting, negotiation, and contracting process.
  • Effective with an aptitude for building and maintaining client relationships. Possess excellent planning and leadership skills to coordinate and plan account activities, overseeing and coordinating all activities related to account service and executives.
  • The goal is to ensure the Empresa's client retention and facilitate its future growth.
  • Proven experience as an account director or similar role
  • Demonstrable experience in negotiating and meeting client requirements
  • Sound understanding of budgeting and reporting on progress
  • Knowledge of performance evaluation techniques and metrics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for fostering long-term relationships
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Bachelor's/BS degree in business administration companies, sales or relevant area
  • Experience in the Life Science and Health Care area will be an important addition.
  • Communication in English is essential and required

Desirable Skills:

• Plan budgets and activities for account management within the Empresa

• Establish goals and objectives

• Provide feedback and advice to the account management team to meet quotas/objectives

• Conduct performance evaluations using key metrics

• Serve as a point of contact for clients in your portfolio

• Understand client needs and requirements to offer appropriate solutions and generate new business

• Ensure the timely delivery of services and products to clients

• Resolve problems to maintain and strengthen client trust

• Prepare and read reports and communicate overall quarterly/annual progress to senior management and external stakeholders

Key Responsibilities:

• Proven experience as an account director or similar role

• Demonstrable experience in negotiation and meeting client requirements

• Solid understanding of budgeting and progress reporting

• Knowledge of performance evaluation techniques and metrics

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for fostering long-term relationships

• Excellent organizational and leadership skills

• Experience in the Life Science and Healthcare sector will be a significant asset.
