It’s a chance for driven professionals to grow, learn, and make a real difference.If you are interested in exploring the possibilities **We Want to Talk to You!****The Difference You Make:**The Vice President will be responsible for originating, structuring, and executing LATAM-only solutions for onshore financial institutions ( banks, asset managers, insurance companied) , local sovereign/Quasi sovereign clients and offshore Latam focus Real Money/Hedge funds, with a focus on Funding, Derivatives, Rates, FX and asset side ideas. The role partners closely with Sales, Trading, and Coverage teams to deliver customized structures that address hedging, financing, and risk management objectives.**What You Bring:*** 5+ years of relevant experience in structuring and/or markets solutions for financial institutions, sovereign clients and offshore Latam focus funds.* Demonstrated experience across Funding, Derivatives, Rates, and FX, including building and executing structured solutions.* Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and execute accurately in a fast-paced environment.* Strong understanding of product mechanics, pricing fundamentals, and risk considerations, with the ability to communicate clearly to internal stakeholders and senior client contacts.* Fluency in Spanish is required; Portuguese is a plus.* Strong communication, stakeholder management, and commercial judgment.* High integrity, disciplined risk mindset, and strong attention to detail.**Education:*** Bachelor’s Degree: in related field or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education - Required**Certifications:*** Series 7,63**It Would Be Nice For You To Have:*** Established work history or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education.**What Else You Need To Know:**The base pay range for this Cargo is Publicado below and represents the annualized salary range.
