We are looking for a results-driven Reverse Logistics Manager to join the 3 PL Control Tower. This role drives execution performance and cost reduction across the 3 P fulfillment network by governing Customer Returns, Inventory losses and Liquidation flows, improving throughput, and eliminating defects through data-driven mechanisms. The Reverse Logistics Process Manager will own end-to-end process performance and productivity improvement plans across our 3 P fulfillment centers in Brasil. This is a unique opportunity to build from the ground up, shaping how 3 P operations are managed and scaled in a fast-paced logistics environment.
Key job responsibilities Process Monitoring & Execution: Monitor Reverse Logistics, Customer returns and liquidation flows across the 3 P FC network with focus on accuracy and compliance input metrics. Ensure operations are aligned with network plans and adherent to best practices. Defect Control: Manage Grading accuracy and inventory integrity, reducing operational losses in end-to-end FC processes through structured corrective and preventative actions. Process Optimization: Own the end-to-end 3 PL Reverse Logistics operations plan, ensuring setups are optimized for high reliability and control. Data Analytics & Reporting: Lead daily mechanisms, action plans, and critical path tracking. Maintain the single source of truth for 3 P process goals. A day in the lifeYou start your day reviewing operations performance and customer experience anecdotes dashboards across the 3 PL network, identifying sites with deviations or emerging issues. You dive into the data, analyzing trends and process conditions, then connect with site-level and support areas to align on corrective actions. By mid-morning, you're updating the centralized action plan tracker and preparing insights for the weekly performance review. In the afternoon, you lead a deep-dive on improvement opportunities leading a multidisciplinary team through data driven analysis and engaging multiple areas and KPI's to merge to the best solution.
About The TeamThe 3 PL Control Tower is a lean, high-impact central team that serves as a process management hub through operational governance for Amazon’s 3 P fulfillment network in Brasil. The team is focused on three pillars: execution performance, flawless launches, and continuous improvement. We currently cover multiple operations across Brasil from south to north, designed to support business growth in the BR region. You will work alongside a team of senior managers in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
