Inside Sales Team Manager
As the Inside Sales Team Manager , you will take full ownership of the inside sales business in Brasil, leading the strategic execution, operational management, performance oversight, and team leadership of our food service SaaS inside sales operation.
Leveraging both Empresa-supported resources and proactively generated leads, you will drive large-scale business growth through the development of a standardized inside sales framework and refined operational processes. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting the Empresa’s overall sales objectives by ensuring strong execution, operational efficiency, and sustainable team performance.
Role Responsibilities
- Business Planning & Performance Overall Management: Based on the Empresa's overall strategy and the characteristics of the Brasilian market, formulate the annual/quarterly sales targets, lead development plans and inside sales strategies of the Inside Sales Department, decompose the targets to each team and drive their implementation; conduct regular reviews of performance achievement and lead conversion, dynamically optimize strategies to ensure the team overachieves performance indicators.
- Lead System Construction & Operation: Coordinate the alLocalização, screening and activation of leads from the Empresa's cooperative resources, and establish a hierarchical lead management mechanism; guide the team to carry out proactive lead development (e.g., industry directory mining, online channel customer acquisition, etc.), build a high-conversion lead pool, and improve lead utilization and conversion efficiency.
- Team Building, Management & Empowerment: Be responsible for the recruitment, construction and capability development of the inside sales team (including team supervisors and inside sales specialists), and establish a sound assessment, incentive and elimination system; lead the daily team management, inside sales script optimization and skill training to build a high-execution, high-conversion inside sales team.
- Standardization of Inside Sales System: Build a standardized full inside sales process (lead touch, demand mining, product explanation, negotiation follow-up, contract signing and conversion), formulate unified script templates, follow-up norms and objection handling guidelines; promote the in-depth application of the CRM system in inside sales business to realize the data-driven management of the entire link of leads, communication and conversion.
- Cross-department Collaboration & Risk Control: Link with the Direct Sales Department, Channel Department and Sales Support Department to establish a collaborative mechanism for lead transfer and customer handover to avoid business conflicts; establish an inside sales compliance control system, standardize script content and customer communication records to avoid compliance risks and customer complaint risks.
Role Qualifications
- Educational Background: College degree or above; majors such as Business Administration and Marketing are preferred.
- Language Proficiency: Advanced/fluent English.
- Work Experience: More than 5 years of relevant inside sales experience, including experience in managing a To B inside sales team; experience in inside sales management of the SaaS, catering/retail industry is preferred; having managed a 100+ person inside sales team, with practical experience in lead operation and large-scale performance breakthrough.
- Core Competencies: Possess extremely strong goal orientation, overall planning ability and data thinking, and be good at optimizing lead operation and inside sales strategies through data; proficient in inside sales team management and empowerment, able to quickly iterate the script system and improve the overall team conversion rate; have excellent problem-solving and cross-department collaboration capabilities.
- Other Requirements: Extremely strong pressure resistance, able to adapt to the fast-paced assessment of inside sales business; willing to deeply cultivate the Brasilian market for the long term, have a profound understanding of the needs of local catering merchants, and possess excellent cross-cultural management capabilities.
