Captain A320 São Paulo, Brasil✈️ Full-TimeAn international airline is seeking an experienced A320 Captain to lead flight operations and ensure the safe, secure, and efficient management of commercial aircraft operations. The role offers the opportunity to operate within a rapidly growing global aviation network with strong career progression opportunities.The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall command of the aircraft, leading flight and cabin crew, and maintaining the highest safety and operational standards throughout all phases of flight.Role OverviewThe A320 Captain holds ultimate responsibility for the safe operation of the aircraft, crew, passengers, and cargo. The role requires strong technical expertise, leadership capability, and the ability to maintain operational efficiency while adhering to strict safety and regulatory requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesFlight Command & SafetyMaintain full command of the aircraft from taxi-out through to final engine shutdownEnsure the safety and security of passengers, crew, cargo, and aircraft at all timesOperate the aircraft in compliance with aviation regulations and Empresa proceduresCrew LeadershipLead and coordinate flight and cabin crew throughout the flightDemonstrate strong crew resource management and effective decision-makingMaintain high standards of professionalism and operational disciplineOperational PerformanceDeliver consistent on-time performance and reliable flight operationsManage flight efficiency in line with environmental and fuel policiesEnsure all flight operations align with organisational safety and service standardsRequirementsCandidates must meet the following criteria:Minimum 5,500 total flying hoursMinimum 2,500 Pilot-in-Command (PIC) hours on multi-crew glass cockpit aircraftMinimum 1,500 PIC hours on the A320 familyA320 family aircraft flown within the Última 12 monthsValid A320 type rating with at least two months validity at the time of joiningUnrestricted and current ICAO ATPLCurrent Class 1 medical certificateMust not have reached the age of 59 at the time of joiningEnglish language proficiency level 4 or higherAdditional consideration may be given to candidates who are current TRE or TRI instructors.Note: For flights involving inflight relief, 75% of the total hours may count toward minimum hour requirements.Compensation & BenefitsThis role includes a competitive compensation package designed to support pilots and their families, including:Tax-free salary package with base salary and flying payHousing allowanceLayover and meal allowancesPerformance-based salary incrementsEducation allowance for dependent childrenIncome protection schemeLife and accident insuranceEnd-of-service benefitsStaff travel privileges and airline discounts42 days of annual leaveTotal annual compensation may reach approximately USD $181,000 depending on flying hours and allowances.
