In this role you will:

✔ Manage full-cycle recruitment for tech Cargos;

✔ Align job requirements with hiring managers;

✔ Execute sourcing strategies and proactive outreach;

✔ Conduct behavioral and cultural fit interviews;

✔ Collaborate closely with technical teams and HR;

And much better if you stand out for:

✔ Prior experience recruiting for tech roles;

✔ Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms;

✔ Fluent English

Desirable Skills:

Fluent Spanish
