Atividades:

Monitoramento das demandas da operação (Interações e TMO) em tempo real bem como quadro de agentes logados, disponibilidade e aderência às pausas planejadas. Envio de boletins hora-a-hora (Intraday) com o resumo dos indicadores relacionados à demanda - Nível de Serviço (NS), interações (Volume), Tempo médio de Operação (TMO), agentes logados (HC Bruto), agentes disponíveis (HC Líquido). Comunicação de anomalias às áreas de gestão operacional e demais áreas envolvidas dando consciência situacional. Sinalizações sobre desvios de pausas dos agentes na operação às lideranças operacionais (de acordo com o processo de escalonamento estabelecido) e garantia de visibilidade de riscos. Atuação continua pela guarda dos indicadores, investigação dos motivos dos desvios.

Requisitos:

  • Vaga exclusiva para: Agentes de Atendimento, SMEs e Analistas de Qualidade, de todas as contas de SP no mínimo de 6 meses na função atual;
  • Sujeito a verificação do salário atual;
  • Sem medida disciplinar (escrita ou suspensão) nos últimos 6 meses e durante o processo seletivo;
  • Não estar em PIP/PSP;
  • Não estar com férias programadas para o período do processo seletivo ou início previsto na nova função
  • ABS do candidato de até 4% nos últimos 3 meses
  • Nota anual de performance no mínimo 3 ;
  • Média da nota de Qualidade igual ou acima de 85% média 3 meses
  • Diferencial: graduação em andamento ou concluído (não estar trancado no momento):
  • Diferencial: inglês intermediário.
