Nessa posição, você terá a oportunidade de:

Aprender e se desenvolver através do nosso programa de desenvolvimento e desafios diários da posição. Atuar com as atividades administrativas suportando todo time de vendas e clientes internos e externo.

Você será responsável por:

• Responsável por executar as atividades diárias do call center, atender ligações de clientes, processá-las/registrá-las no sistema e comunicar/designar um Engenheiro de Serviço de Campo para o serviço técnico de maneira oportuna e precisa.

• Gerenciar o contato diário com clientes, engenheiros de serviço de campo e representantes de vendas, garantindo comunicação adequada e fluxo de informações do processo de atendimento ao cliente.

• Manter todos os registros de acordo com os requisitos regulamentares. Criar e executar POPs

• Fornecer suporte comercial para instrumentos, materiais e periféricos necessários nas licitações criando e/ou mantendo relatórios para garantir o SLA contratado. Auxiliar na compra e cuidar do transporte de periféricos do 3PL até o cliente final. Gerenciar e distribuir ADDs aos clientes. Gerencie e distribua pipetas IH defeituosas. Realizar processos administrativos utilizando o sistema ERP como processamento de pagamentos, abertura de ordens de serviço e acompanhamento e controle de estoque.

Requisitos:

• Graduação completa ou cursando;

• Inglês intermediário

• Vivência em laboratórios clínicos (Será um diferencial)

• Pacote adobe (será um diferencial)

• Excel - intermediário - será um diferencial

• Excelente comunicação

Local de trabalho: Av. Dr. Chucri Zaidan 920, Torre I - 7º andar - São Paulo

Jornada de trabalho hibrida: Seg a sexta - 9hrs às 18hrs com 1h de almoço (3x presencial e 2x home office)
