Atividades: - Realizar o contato com clientes por telefone, e-mail e outros canais de comunicação; - Negociar prazos e condições de pagamento com clientes inadimplentes, buscando soluções eficazes; - Desenvolver e manter relatórios de cobrança atualizados; - Prestar atendimento a clientes, esclarecendo dúvidas relacionadas a cobranças, faturas e pagamentos; - Emitir boletos, faturas e registrar pagamentos no sistema; - Executar outras atividades relacionadas à área de cobrança, conforme necessário.
