ATIVIDADES DA VAGA: • Recepcionar e atender bem os clientes pelo telefone, meios digitais e presencialmente; • Gerenciar e controlar a agenda da clínica, agendando e confirmando pacientes; • Receber e registrar pagamentos, garantindo a exatidão dos registros; • Emitir boletos, notas fiscais e recibos conforme as transações realizadas; • Organizar e controlar documentos administrativos e financeiros; • Zelar pela organização e bom funcionamento da clínica; • Realizar a venda de pacotes e serviços da clínica. REQUISITOS DA VAGA: • Ensino Médio completo ou superior na área administrativa ou comercial; • Experiência em vendas, atendimento ao cliente e rotinas administrativas; • Excelente comunicação verbal e escrita; • Proatividade e organização; • Capacidade de trabalhar em equipe e realizar múltiplas tarefas; • Conhecimento em pacote Office e ferramentas digitais; • Experiência no ramo odontológico será um diferencial.

Escolaridade Mínima: Ensino Médio (2º Grau)
