Descrição: Apoiar no acompanhamento da jornada dos clientes e manutenção do relacionamento; Auxiliar na evolução dos processos da área de CS; Apoiar na comunicação com a base de clientes, envio de campanhas e acompanhamento de indicadores; Apoiar no mapeamento de oportunidades de retenção, ativação e upsell; Atuar em conjunto com outras áreas, garantindo uma experiência fluida para os clientes; Contribuir com sugestões, melhorias e novas ideias para fortalecer o time. Requisitos: Candidato cursando: Téc. em Administração, Gestão Comercial, Publicidade e Propaganda, Comunicação Social, Marketing, Relações Públicas, Gestão Empresarial ou Tecnologia da Informação | A partir do 2º Semestre Boa comunicação, organização e vontade de aprender; Facilidade com ferramentas digitais (Google Drive, planilhas, docs); Interesse em áreas como experiência do cliente, relacionamento e processos.
