Descripción del trabajo:

- Responder a las consultas de los jugadores por correo electrónico utilizando Freshdesk (o experiencia con herramientas similares como Zendesk o Helpscout);

- Ayudar con problemas relacionados con la cuenta, como problemas de inicio de sesión, consultas de pago de Nivel 1, juego y problemas de seguridad/acceso;

- Proporcionar orientación sobre la mecánica del juego, las reglas básicas y los primeros pasos para la resolución de problemas;

- Escalar problemas complejos al Nivel 2 o a los departamentos de Gravity relevantes según sea necesario a través de herramientas de comunicación y hojas de cálculo;

- Mantener un tono profesional, empático y amigable en todas las interacciones con los jugadores y realizar simulaciones cuando sea necesario;

- Ayudar a identificar e informar problemas recurrentes o posibles mejoras en el juego para compilar y compartir con el equipo de Gravity CS;

- Manténgase actualizado sobre las actualizaciones, parches y mantenimiento del juego para brindar información precisa e

- Documentar las interacciones y dar seguimiento a los casos no resueltos para garantizar resoluciones oportunas y un servicio de alta calidad.

- Nivel avanzado de inglés

- Fluidez en portugués y/o español

- Conocimiento de MMORPG será un plus.

- Disponibilidad para trabajar fines de semana
