• Bachelors degree with +10 years of Logistics/supply chain/operations experience
• Team leadership experience in a managerial position in a fast-paced logistics/supply chain/operations environment
• Proven analytical thinking, project management skills, exceptional organizational abilities, as well as great attention to detail
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills are required, along with demonstrated problem solving and analytical capabilities
• Be flexible to work a variety of hours as business demands, including overnight, weekends and holidays

The role will be a mix of strategic thinking (planning for the next 2-3 years on the key focus areas), tactical overview (planning for sales event/peaks, ramping up of capacities) and operational execution (day to day operations focus to ensure high bar customer experience). This is a people leadership role managing a team. We are seeking an experienced candidate to lead and grow the last mile operations in Brazil. The role would involve the following: 1. Laying out the overall strategy for Last Mile operations 2. Develop and grow the leadership team as we scale up the operations in the country 3. Lead the daily operations, drive operational excellence while at the same time planning and managing sales events/peaks 4. Responsible for key metrics on safety, people, operations, costs and quality We are looking for somebody who is keen on working in fast-paced environment, thinking of new and innovative solutions to increase the bar on customer experience, while also willing to go into daily metrics and deep dive into root causes.
