Principais responsabilidades

• Acolher e integrar novos clientes,apresentando-os as soluções da empresa;
• Fornecer suporte técnico e operacional aos clientes,sanando dúvidas e problemas de forma eficiente.
• Monitorar uso das soluções pelo clientes e identificar oportunidades de melhoria.

• Realizar atendimento e treinamentos de suporte ao cliente remoto e presenciais.
• Acompanhar o cliente com a experiência necessária para extrair os melhores resultados das nossas soluções.
• Criar plano de ação através de levantamento de informações dos clientes e mercado.
