What You'll Do:

  • Market Expansion & Growth Strategy — identifying new opportunities, partnerships, and go-to-market strategies for new city launches
  • Strategic Partnerships & Merchant Acquisition — building relationships with key merchants, chains, and partners; negotiating commercial agreements
  • Revenue & Performance Management — owning revenue targets, tracking metrics, and driving data-driven growth initiatives
  • Cross-functional Collaboration — working with Product, Ops, Marketing, and Finance to align BD with Empresa priorities
  • Competitive Analysis & Market Intelligence — monitoring trends and translating insights into strategy

What We Need From You:

  • Relevant experience BD/partnerships/commercial roles (tech, e-commerce, or delivery)
  • Market entry experience in Brasil
  • Strong relationship building and negotiation skills
  • Strategic/analytical thinking in fast-moving environments
  • Execution-oriented and results-driven
  • Adaptable and resilient in high-growth settings
  • Fluent English and Portuguese
