Responsibilities
- Define and lead the revenue growth strategy for the corporate (B2B) portfolio, covering acquisition, activation, engagement and recurring revenue generation.
- Set investment priorities by product and channel based on metrics (CAC, LTV, ROI and payback) and build/review the quarterly growth roadmap aligned with the Board’s strategic planning.
- Lead Product‑Led Growth (PLG) initiatives in partnership with Product and Engineering, and design cross‑sell and upsell strategies to increase the number of products per customer.
- Understand the monetization model of corporate products (take rate, credit spread, float, anticipation fees, and other fees) to structure lifecycle campaigns and maximize customer value.
- Monitor the portfolio P&L with a unit‑economics view by product and segment, identifying levers to optimize margin and product mix based on data.
- Ensure correct revenue attribution by channel and campaign via data integration and CRM, and develop forecasting models to support budget and alLocalização decisions.
- Lead multidisciplinary squads, run executive rituals (OKRs, budget reviews, growth forums), monitor KPIs and dashboards, and represent the Growth area with strategic stakeholders and partners.
Qualifications
- Experience in growth, revenue operations or business strategy at financial institutions, fintechs or tech companies.
- Proven experience in people leadership and management (direct and indirect) of financial product portfolios (credit, payment methods, digital accounts).
- Strong background in unit economics (CAC, LTV, payback, churn), P&L management and revenue forecasting models.
- Experience leading agile multidisciplinary squads and fostering an experimentation culture (A/B testing, ICE scoring).
- Proficiency with analytics tools (SQL, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Power BI or Looker) and attribution concepts.
- Knowledge of Open Finance, credit regulation and acquiring/payment scheme regulation (e.g., BACEN, card schemes) is a relevant differentiator.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science or related fields; MBA in Management is a plus.
