This role offers an opportunity to work closely with commercial teams, providing strategic financial insights that support business performance and growth. Role Overview We are seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to support the Customer Development function by delivering financial insights, managing trade investments, and enhancing reporting and analytics capabilities. This role plays a critical part in driving financial performance and supporting strategic decisions. Key Responsibilities Financial Analysis & Trade Investment Own trade budget variance analysis, including process standardization and performance tracking Identify risks and opportunities to ensure delivery against financial targets Drive improvements in trade investment efficiency through data-driven insights and ROI analysis Planning & Forecasting Coordinate the consolidation, collection, and validation of monthly forecast data across customer channels Partner with stakeholders to ensure accuracy and alignment of financial projections Customer & Business Partnering Collaborate with customer teams to support month-end close activities Provide insights on retail inventory, shipments, and overall customer performance Process Improvement & Automation Support initiatives to enhance business processes, standardization, and operational efficiency Drive automation and improvements in reporting, analytics, and financial tools Contribute to finance technology enhancements and system improvements Candidate Profile Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field Relevant experience in finance, accounting, or related business roles Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to collaborate effectively across all organizational levels Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities Self-driven with a focus on continuous improvement and process optimization Preferred Qualifications Experience with financial systems and process/technology enhancements Exposure to reporting automation and data visualization tools
