Result of Service The Consultant will work to contribute to the project, updating the Threat and Risk Map of the State of Rio de Janeiro, published by the Rio de Janeiro State Government in 2015. In this update, (i) the risks and threats to extreme events identified by the states municipalities will be considered; (ii) its initiatives and actions to mitigate these risks and threats will be identified; (iii) the SDGs related to these actions and initiatives will be identified; and, finally, (iv) a comparative analysis between the data identified in 2015 and 2024 will be carried out. With this update, the final product will be called "Urban and Climate Resilience Map of the State of Rio de Janeiro". The Consultant will be responsible for collecting, organizing and analyzing the data. He/she will work closely with the UN-Habitat data team, processing data so that the team can consolidate it into a georeferenced map. Furthermore, the Consultant will work closely with the technical team of the “Inclusive and Sustainable Rio” project, which will supervise, and contribute with the interaction with the State Government and communication with the municipalities.
