  • Como membro da equipe de cozinha da rede Atlântica, o(a) Steward será responsável por manter o mais alto padrão na higiene de ferramentas e utensílios, trazendo com isso a satisfação dos hóspedes e clientes que frequentam o hotel.
Responsabilidades e atribuições
  • Manter a higiene do local e dos equipamentos e utensílios usados
  • Realizar a limpeza de todas as áreas internas da cozinha: pisos, azulejos, equipamentos, utensílios de cozinha, louças, copos, grelhas das coifas, portas, janelas e telas.
  • Realizar o descarte do lixo da cozinha e limpar as câmaras de lixo do hotel .
  • Separar e organizar os materiais de A&B higienizados para a devolução ao salão principal.
  • Usar corretamente o uniforme, contendo botas, avental de PVC e EPIs obrigatórios.
  • Usar corretamente os dosadores de produtos da máquina de lava louça.
Requisitos e qualificações
  • Ensino Médio Completo
    • 1 ano de experiência
