Descrição:

Atender presencialmente os chamados (incidentes, mudanças e/ou requisições de serviços) dos usuários e registrar na ferramenta de ITSM (gerenciamento de serviços de TI);

Alimentar base de conhecimento através de dados recebidos pelo cliente

Realizar instalações de softwares, configurações, suporte técnico a computadores, notebooks, impressoras, sistemas, telefonia e resoluções de problemas presencialmente;

Orientar o usuário conforme as rotinas de T.I de seu contrato;

Realizar inventário dos equipamentos por meio de registro e controle em ferramenta específica das informações coletadas de todos os equipamentos, associadas ou não a algum chamado;

Requisitos:

Nível superior em curso ou concluído

Conhecimentos:

Navegadores de internet;

Sistema Operacional: Windows

Instalação, configuração e resolução de problemas de sistemas de automação de escritório MS Office

Active Directory

Impressoras

Instalação, montagem e configuração de Hardwares

Instalação, montagem e configuração de Softwares

Instalação, configuração e resolução de problemas de softwares de correio eletrônico

Estruturação física de redes

Cabeamento estruturado

Certificação Obrigatória

ITIL V3 ou V4

MS 900 ou MD 102
