Principais Responsabilidades:

Relatar falhas no processo de trabalho. Tratativas para as reclamações / sugestões de clientes. Bloquear CTRC no sistema, quando de pendência no cliente final, até a solução do problema. Enviar relatórios diário de irregularidades para todas as unidades no termino das descargas. Atendimento a clientes. Agendamentos de coletas e entregas. Posicionamento de coletas e entregas. Para atuação na cidade de São Paulo / SP.
