Empresa líder mundial no mercado de lácteos, com produtos presentes em 88 países com mais de 250 fábricas e 80 mil colaboradores contrata: Analista Jr. Costumer Sucess Atividades: Realizar ajustes e tratar os pedidos de venda para que estejam aptos para o processo de alocação; Preparar a carteira de pedidos conforme as especificidades de cada Centro de Distribuição e Cliente, efetuando todo o processo de alocação do estoque; Acompanhar o ciclo de vida do pedido, desde a entrada até o processo de alocação do estoque; Estreitar o relacionamento com as equipes de Vendas, Logística e Customer Facing; Zelar pelo nível de serviço dos nossos clientes; Requisitos: - Ensino Superior Completo ou Cursando; - Experiência anterior na função; - Ter habilidades intermediárias no pacote office (principalmente excel); - Conhecimento do sistema SAP. Será um diferencial se: - Possuir experiência com ramo lácteo e/ou fabril. Atuação: Pinheiros/SP Seg a sexta - 08:00h às 17:48h
