Controlar de abastecimento externo de combustível; Organizar e checar das autorizações de abastecimento externo com as notas fiscais emitidas pelos postos de…...

  • Dar entrada em sistema em notas fiscais e vouchers (solicitações de pagamento);
  • Digitar de relatórios de entrega com os devidos controles;
  • Administrar e arquivo de conhecimentos de embarque e documentos do setor fiscal;
  • Controlar de abastecimento externo de combustível;
  • Organizar e checar das autorizações de abastecimento externo com as notas fiscais emitidas pelos postos de combustível credenciados;
  • Auxiliar no preenchimento de planilhas para controles estatísticos e custos do departamento;
  • Conferir requisições de compras x notas fiscais, encaminhando para aprovação da Gerência de Operações e Transportes;
  • Controlar e solicitar material de consumo (escritório), garantindo a disponibilidade de insumos;
  • Auxiliar no controle do envio de documentos para Metrofile (arquivo externo);
  • Auxiliar no controle de documentos relacionados à campanha (canhotos e protocolos).
Habilidades e Competências Requeridas: • Ensino Médio completo;
  • Conhecimento no pacote office;
  • Capacidade para atuar em equipe;
  • Disponibilidade para atuar em horário comercial e/ou vespertino e plantões em sábados alternados.
