Empresa de serviço de locação de equipamentos para construção civil admite Analista Comercial em São Paulo (Itaim Paulista).

Principais Responsabilidades:

Acompanhar e garantir o cumprimento das metas e prazos da equipe. Elaborar planos comerciais estratégicos e de ações para cada unidade e supervisor de loja. Realizar treinamentos e palestras para a equipe de vendas e supervisores. Desenvolver ações para engajamento da equipe e promoção das vendas. Monitorar o mercado, identificar oportunidades e ajustar estratégias de vendas. Analisar desempenho de vendas, preparar relatórios e apresentar resultados à gerência. Controlar jornadas de trabalho, escalas e resolver problemas de clientes.
