- Como membro da equipe do restaurante da rede Atlântica, o(a) Garçom será responsável por manter o mais alto padrão de atendimento, trazendo com isso a satisfação dos hóspedes e clientes que frequentam o hotel.
- Atender reclamações de clientes e busca a solução dos problemas.
- Auxiliar com a limpeza de mesas e montagem da mesa para novos serviços
- Auxiliar na reposição de buffet quando necessário.
- Comandar e lançar no sistema os pedidos de alimentos e bebidas.
- Preparar a Mise en Llace de seu local de trabalho.
- Realizar o atendimento ao cliente em todos os PDVs durante a operação.
- Servir os pedidos de alimentos e bebidas aos clientes em todos os PDVs.
- Apresentar e sugerir aos clientes itens do cardápio (pratos, bebidas etc.)
- Lançar os pedidos no sistema, fechar contas e emitir as respectivas notas fiscais, quando necessário.
