  • Necessário conhecimento em CRM de atendimento de SAC e ter atuado em central de relacionamento de e-commerce.
  • Conhecimento e experiência com reclame aqui, será um diferencial
  • Experiência em atendimento dentro do varejo (será um diferencial ter atuado com moda)

  • Prestar atendimento ao cliente via telefone, e-mail, WhatsApp ou redes sociais, oferecendo soluções rápidas e eficientes para as demandas recebidas;
  • BackOffice pertinente ao e-commerce, como trocas e devoluções;
  • Auxiliar na resolução de problemas e dúvidas;
  • Registrar reclamações, sugestões e elogios, garantindo a tratativa adequada e o acompanhamento do processo;
  • Fornecer informações sobre promoções, políticas de troca, prazos de entrega, entre outros aspectos relacionados aos serviços da empresa;
  • Acompanhar o status de solicitações e garantir o retorno ao cliente dentro do prazo estabelecido;
  • Trabalhar em conjunto com outros setores, como logística, vendas e financeiro, para resolver questões que envolvem os clientes;
