Estamos contratando Assistente administrativo para atuar em nosso time

Horário de trabalho: de 2ª a 6ª feira das 8h às 17h48

Almoço: das 12h às 13h

Atividades:

  • Acompanhar prazos, lançar e emitir documentos;
  • Manter relatórios, indicadores e demais lançamentos atualizados;
  • Elaborar planilhas;
  • Prestar assistência na área auxiliando os demais integrantes da equipe;
  • Organizar arquivos e informações; revisar documentos;
  • Administrar serviços através de sistemas fornecidos pela empresa;
  • Entre outras atividades designadas pelo setor administrativo.

Requisitos:

  • Ensino médio completo;
  • Capacidade de trabalhar em equipe e se adaptar rapidamente a mudanças;
  • Conhecimento básico em informática (Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Boa comunicação interpessoal e facilidade para trabalhar em equipe.
  • Organização e proatividade.
