Empresa agrícola admite Gerente Agrícola em Goiânia (Setor Bela Vista).

Principais Responsabilidades:

Orientar, direcionar e acompanhar as tarefas de cada trabalhador, envolvendo aproximadamente 12 pessoas. Boa parte do trabalho é dentro das estufas onde é feito o cultivo do tomate(cereja), pimentão e outros. O trabalho envolve: plantar, manusear os plantios, colher, cuidar, etc. Distribuir as tarefas e acompanhar o andamento quanto a quantidade e qualidade. Cuidar, zelar e manter organizado o local de trabalho: a parte da estrutura, ferramentas, etc. Zelar e orientar a equipe quanto aos cuidados/uso do alojamento, cozinha, banheiros, etc. Zelar e fazer a equipe cumprir os protocolos e regras do alojamento.
